URINE CONCENTRATION
Urine concentration measures the ability of the kidneys to conserve or excrete water. A urine concentration test measures these levels. More concentrated urine means that there are more solues and less water in the sample. Solutes are dissolved particles, such as sugars, salts, and proteins.
USDA BIOBASED
USDA Biobased is the ratio of new organic carbon to total organic carbon in a product. New organic carbon is derived from plants and other renewable agricultural, marine, and forestry materials.
UTI (URINARY TRACT INFECTION)
A urinary tract infection develops when microbes enter the urinary tract and cause infection. Bacteria are the most common cause of UTI's, although fungi rarely can also infect the urinary tract. E.Coli bacteria, which lives in the bowel, causes many UTI's.
