Re: Remembrance Day Notice for BC Customers.

Maddies Natural Pet Products office and warehouse will be closed on Tuesday, November 11th for Remembrance Day.

Customers in BC who receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Monday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Wednesday November 5th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

Customers in BC who receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Wednesday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Thursday November  6th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

There will be no deliveries on Tuesday, November 11th.

For customers in BC who get their deliveries by a Third-Party Carrier; We recommend doubling up or ordering in advance the week of November 3rd. This is due to Carrier delays and increased volume.
