Re: Civic Holiday Notice for BC Customers

Maddies Natural Pet Products office and warehouse will be closed on Monday, August 4th for the Civic Holiday.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Tuesday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Thursday, July 31st . Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Wednesday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Friday August 1st . Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

There will be no deliveries on Monday, August 4th.

For customers in BC who get their deliveries by a Third-Party Carrier; We recommend doubling up or ordering in advance the week of July 25th. This is due to Carrier delays and increased volume.
