Re: Truth & Reconciliation Day Notice for BC Customers.

Maddies Natural Pet Products office and warehouse will be closed on Monday, September 29th for Truth & Reconciliation Day.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Tuesday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Thursday, September 25th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Wednesday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Friday September 26th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

There will be no deliveries on Monday, September 29th.

For customers in BC who get their deliveries by a Third-Party Carrier; We recommend doubling up or ordering in advance the week of September 22nd . This is due to Carrier delays and increased volume.
