Re: Christmas Holidays 2025

Our office and warehouse will be closed on the following days this Holiday Season:
➢ Thursday, December 25th
➢ Friday, December 26th
➢ Thursday, January 1st 2026

Greater Vancouver:
We recommend that you double up your order before Christmas (week of December 15th)
Please note that there will be no deliveries between December 24th - 26th

• If you normally receive your delivery on Monday: ​For delivery on December 29th, please place your order before noon on Monday, December 22nd
• If you normally receive your delivery on Tuesday: For delivery on December 30th, please place your order before noon on Monday, December 22nd

South Vancouver Island Customers:
We recommend that you double up on the order before Christmas (week of December 15th)
Please note that there will be no deliveries between December 24th - 26th

• If you normally receive your delivery on Wednesday: For delivery on December 17th, please place your order before noon on Monday, December 15th
• If you’d like to receive delivery on Christmas week: ​For delivery on Tuesday, December 23rd, please place your order before noon on Friday, December 19th

Please note that there will be no deliveries on Wednesday, December 31st

❖ For delivery on Wednesday January 7th, please place your order before noon on Monday, January 5th

North Vancouver Island Customers:
We recommend that you double up on the order before Christmas (week of December 15th)
Please note that there will be no deliveries between December 24th - 26th

• If you normally receive your delivery on Thursday: For delivery on December 18th, please place your order before noon on Tuesday, December 16th

Please note that there will be no deliveries on Thursday, January 1st
❖ For delivery on Tuesday, December 30th, please place your order before noon on Tuesday, December 23rd
❖ For delivery on Thursday, January 8th, please place your order before noon on Tuesday, January 6th

Third-party shipping customers:
Customers who normally receive their orders via 3rd party carriers will have their orders shipped on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend ordering a couple weeks in advance and double up.
For delivery before Friday, December 19th, orders must be placed by noon on Monday, December 15th
Please note that 3rd part carrier’s delivery dates are not guaranteed.
There will be no deliveries between December 24th - 28th, including December 31st & January 1st
