Re: Labour Day Holiday Notice for BC Customers

Maddies Natural Pet Products office and warehouse will be closed on Monday, September 2nd for Labour Day.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Tuesday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Thursday, August 29th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Wednesday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Friday August 30th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

There will be no deliveries on Monday, September 2nd.

For customers in BC who get their deliveries by a Third-Party Carrier; We recommend doubling up or ordering in advance the week of August 26th. This is due to Carrier delays and increased volume.
