Re: Truth & Reconciliation Day Notice for BC Customers.

Maddies Natural Pet Products Ltd.’s office and warehouse will be closed on Wednesday, September 30th for Truth & Reconciliation Day.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck Wednesday, we recommend doubling up or ordering in advance in the week of September 21st as there will be no deliveries on Wednesday September 30th .

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Thursday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Friday, September 25th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

Customers in BC who normally receive their orders via Maddies Truck on Friday, please place your orders before 11 AM on Monday September 28th. Please note that orders received after that time will not be delivered until the following week.

For customers in BC who get their deliveries by a Third-Party Carrier; We recommend doubling up or ordering in advance the week of September 21st . This is due to Carrier delays and increased volume.

There will be no deliveries on Wednesday, September 30th.
